Blackstone RoofCare / For homes

Two visits. One annual plan.

Scheduled approximately six months apart, starting with your first completed RoofCare inspection.

  • Check accessible flashings, seams, penetrations, transitions, sealants, coatings, valleys, and drainage areas
  • Photo condition report and recommendations for what to monitor, repair, or budget for later
  • Light debris removal from critical roof areas where safely accessible
  • Minor compatible sealant touch-ups: up to 30 minutes of labor and $25 in materials per scheduled visit
  • Priority member scheduling for leak evaluation, maintenance, and repair estimates
  • A service history to support future roof decisions
Membership pricing

$599 per year.

Project-customer enrollment offer: $499 for the first year, then $599 per year at renewal. Standard pricing assumes a typical accessible single-family residence. Large, steep, complex, or specialty roofs may require custom pricing.

Annual automatic renewal. With signed enrollment and card-on-file authorization, your plan renews each year and the renewal fee is charged on the anniversary of your first completed inspection. We send a renewal reminder 30–60 days in advance. Cancel before the renewal charge using the same method you used to enroll. Any future price change is communicated in writing before renewal.

Contact Blackstone to confirm your property's scope, arrange enrollment, and schedule the first inspection.

Included care & separately quoted work

A clear scope for your home.

Repairs beyond the minor touch-up allowance, emergency service, storm damage, full gutter cleaning, pressure washing, and specialty access are quoted separately. Additional repairs require your authorization. Visits depend on safe access and weather; inaccessible areas may be reviewed from available vantage points or by another agreed method.

RoofCare is preventive maintenance. It is not insurance and does not create or extend a roof, workmanship, or manufacturer warranty.

Commercial maintenance

Twice-yearly roof reviews.

Our maintenance program can be structured around two scheduled visits each year, with additional reviews after significant weather or when an issue is reported. The visit scope is agreed for each property, its roof system, and safe access conditions.

  • Review accessible roof field conditions, seams, flashings, penetrations, and edge details
  • Check drains, scuppers, and visible areas where debris or ponding may affect performance
  • Document visible concerns with photos and location notes
  • Identify cleaning or minor upkeep within the agreed scope
Useful records

A clearer repair queue.

After the review, we separate immediate concerns from items that can be monitored or planned. For portfolios, consistent records across buildings help teams budget and coordinate work without treating every condition as an emergency.

An inspection documents visible conditions. It does not replace invasive testing, engineering, or a warranty inspection when those are required. Any repair or expanded investigation is scoped separately.

When to call

Between scheduled visits.

Report a new leak, recurring interior staining, storm damage, blocked drainage, or damage from rooftop trades. Share the property address, roof access details, and photographs if available so the team can plan the right assessment.

Connected services

More than a checklist.

When conditions call for work, Blackstone can develop a commercial roofing repair or restoration scope. Our waterproofing and caulking and coatings capabilities address related transitions and details. Recommendations depend on the roof and the project requirements.
